How to refund a customer

This guide teaches you how to issue a full or partial refund on an existing order.

1. From the dashboard, click Orders on the left-hand menu:

2. From the list of existing orders, click the one you would like to refund:

3. On this page, you need to click the Actions button in the top right-hand corner:

4. From the drop-down menu, click Request Refund:

Full Refunds

In the window that appears, add your name and a Refund Reason into the field provided before clicking the Request Refund button. This will issue the refund request, and once processed, you and your customer will receive a confirmation email:

You’ll then see this refund detailed in the Transaction element of the order page:

Part Refunds

You can issue part refunds in a larger order where a customer has purchased more than one gift voucher. In the window that appears, tick the box next to each gift voucher to be refunded:

Then, you need to scroll to the bottom of the window and add your name and a Refund Reason into the field provided before clicking the Request Refund button. This will issue the refund request, and once processed, you and your customer will receive a confirmation email:
