How to duplicate a Gift Voucher

Starting from scratch every time you add a new voucher to your store can be time-consuming, so we've added the ability to copy an existing voucher and get a head start.

1. From the Dashboard, click Gifts on the left-hand menu:

2. Then click All Vouchers:

3. On this page, if you hover your cursor on the left-hand side of the voucher names, you’ll see the copy symbol appear. Click this symbol on the appropriate voucher:

4. You’ll then be redirected to the page where you’ll see all the details of the copy you just created. Here, you can customise the vouchers as you would do when creating a voucher from scratch, amending details slightly to differentiate the copy from the original version:

5. When you have finished making changes to the copy, click the Save Changes button in the top right-hand corner:
