When a customer wants to purchase a gift voucher, there are a few essential bits of information to capture. Creating a new order for a customer using the steps below is nice and straightforward. 1\. Add the voucher(s) your customer wants to purchase to the basket by clicking ‘Add’. You can also use the quantity box to add multiple vouchers to the order quickly. Depending on the type of voucher you select, you may see a summary window appear for you to select your options or amount. After completing the Complimentary Order, you can print the voucher/s for your customer instead. 6\.
