How do customers redeem their gift voucher?
When a customer places an order, a unique code is automatically generated and assigned to each gift voucher.
When the recipient of the gift voucher visits your venue to redeem it, you’ll be able to use Giftpro’s admin area to quickly search for the code and check it’s validity status and expiry date.
With one click of a button, the voucher’s status is updated to redeemed.

If you use our API and integrate Giftpro with your POS you'll be able to redeem gift vouchers directly at the terminal without using the Giftpro admin area.
